Here's a few pointers for making drum n bass.
For the percussion (drums) get some punchy kick samples and snares. I recommend VEC, though you can find some nice ones on free sample websites like freesound.
For the bass just buy (torrent) Native Instruments Massive and start learning to make your own basses. There are tons of tutorials on youtube, and once you get the hang of it you can make your own unique sounds.
Listen to Pendulum, Noisia, and Spor. Get some inspiration.
When trying to learn how to produce a certain genre, I tend to look try and make someone elses song from scratch, it really helps develop your own skills and get a more professional sound.
